The OctoStake contract has been audited and all issues fully resolved, audit report can be viewed here.

The tokens are created using https://20lab.app/ which has been used to deploy many thousands of tokens and if there are more sophisticated smart contracts deployed for staking, reflections, gamefi, etc. there may be custom contracts deployed and audited to mitigate risk of exploitable code.
